Mô tả công việc

Actively explore and develop new markets/new customers through the internet and online commercial (B2B) websites as the company's target.
Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial websites to find out potential customers.
Analyze and identify potential markets/customers to discuss and negotiate to get the successful contract, PO.
Directly deal with the potential customers until the end of the transaction. (receive order or stop proceeding transaction when the customers are evaluated as not potential).
Have knowledge of Incoterms 2010 and Incoterms 2020: calculate prices and discuss with customers.
Promote sales and develop customer systems by participating in fairs, conferences, events, etc.
Arrange meeting schedules and welcome customers to work in the office or visit the factory.
Take care of shipment: contacting shipping line/agent, bank, inspection Company, and other relevant organizations.
Closely working with related departments to follow up and ensure the ordering, production, and goods delivery are in process.
Other relevant jobs: prepare shipping documents.
Doing reports weekly.
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

University-College degree: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Trading, etc.
English communication skills.
MS Office: proficient.
At least 1 year of experience within a similar position.
Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Sales skills, high sense of responsibility, good team spirit, driven and target oriented.
