Maintain and develop relationships with key customers of the company.
Identify new customers and expand the market through conferences, forums, trade fairs, product exhibitions, and other channels.
Execute business plans; meet with customers to discuss and introduce the company's products.
Handle quotations, negotiate after-sales policies, and finalize contracts.
Monitor shipment progress for each order; check invoices and delivery documents.
Monitor payment processes and accounts receivable for each order.
Ensure payments are made in accordance with the agreed schedule, regulations, and insurance costs of each order.
Handle customer complaints and provide support in resolving arising issues.
Prepare reports as required by the direct supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree or above in Foreign Trade, International Economics, International Business, International Trade, or related fields.
Good understanding of international trade operations, as well as relevant laws and regulations within the industry.
Proficient in English communication (all 4 skills), equivalent to B2 level or above.
Strong communication and management skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of information.
Able to work effectively under high pressure.
Willingness to travel for business trips.
