Develop an export business plan and allocate targets for each team and employee.
Search for new export markets and maintain relationships with current partners.
Coordinate with other departments (
purchasing, accounting, production, quality management, research and development) to ensure the export process meets customer and target market requirements.
Manage risks related to export activities, including legal, financial, and logistics.
Train, regularly evaluate, and manage the performance of each team and employee.
Prepare reports and statistics on business performance.
Preferably under 40 years old.
University degree or higher in fields related to International Economics, International Business, International Trade, or Business Administration with in-depth knowledge of international trade (Incoterms, international payment processes such as L/C, T/T).
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong negotiation and foreign language skills in English.
Team management and training skills.
Reporting and goal-setting skills.
Ability to work under high pressure, adaptability, and creativity in work.
Working hours: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday (8:30 AM 17:30 PM), lunch break: 1 hour 30 minutes.
