Coordinate and support administrative operations for all F&B outlets and departments.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding,
Purchasing, Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and other departments regarding operational requirements.
Prepare and update Banquet Event Orders (BEO), internal memos, reports and operational documents accurately and on time.
Check and follow up pending Purchase Requests, Work Orders and Maintenance Requests related to F&B operations.
Monitor all F&B storerooms and ensure inventory is organized, labeled, rotated and stored according to hotel standards and hygiene requirements.
Perform other duties and special projects assigned by management.
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field is preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles within hospitality or F&B operations.
Good command of English communication and writing skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory systems and hotel operational procedures is an advantage.
