Oversee the daily operations of restaurants and other F&B outlets.
Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams to maintain smooth operations.
Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenue, and control costs.
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff to ensure high performance.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Address guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
Requirement
Male/Female, 28-45 years old
College graduate or higher
At least 1 year of work experience in the same position on a cruise.
