1. F&B Tenant Operations Management
• Monitor daily operations of F&B tenants to ensure compliance with the department store's operational standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections on service quality, cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, staff grooming, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with tenants to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and service recovery related to F&B tenants.
• Work closely with internal departments (Marketing, M&E, Security, Cleaning, Management Office...) to support smooth tenant operations.
• Prepare operational evaluation reports and recommend improvement actions where necessary.
2. F&B Leasing & Tenant Development
• Identify and approach potential F&B brands and operators suitable for the mall's positioning and target customers.
• Conduct market research and analyze F&B trends, competitor tenant mix, and customer preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective F&B tenants.
• Support lease negotiations, commercial discussions, and onboarding processes for new tenants.
• Coordinate with leasing and fit-out teams to ensure smooth store opening processes.
• Continuously optimize the mall's F&B tenant mix to enhance traffic and customer experience.
3. Customer Experience & Brand Enhancement
• Propose and implement initiatives to improve dining experiences and overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing team on F&B campaigns, seasonal promotions, and mall events.
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, restaurant management, mall leasing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, customer service standards, and tenant management.
• Experience in leasing,
business development, or tenant relationship management is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and operational management abilities.
• Fluent in English is an advantage.
