Mô tả công việc
Outbound: proactively contact RegenX farmers (Phone, Zalo, WhatsApp, etc.) to check-in, ensure they are engaging in the right farming practices and scheduling visits;
Inbound: take calls and requests for support from RegenX farmers who need assistance throughout our programs;
Support agronomic teams on material production (in Vietnamese) to best assist farmers in certain key regenerative practices;
Work with our technology team to make digestible materials for farmers;
Escalate technical requests for troubleshooting to the agronomy teams as necessary;
Collect feedback from RegenX farmers to improve our programs;
Coordinate across teams to continuously update Farmer Success operating procedures and improve the quality of the service we provide to farmers.

Yêu cầu
Willing to learn and hardworking
Experience with CRM, Telemarketing and customer support systems
Fluent in digital communication channels and tools (Zalo, WhatsApp, etc.)
Very familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT (or other AI tools)
Has a deep personal interest in farming and agriculture
Demonstrated teamwork ability
High autonomy and able to self-manage
Able to travel from time to time for farm visits (flexible schedule)
Good English skills (reading, writing), intermediate for listening and speaking
You need a stable internet connection at home

To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a dynamic candidate to join our Farmer Support team (full time, HCMC). The main responsibility is to provide personalized, timely support to farmers enrolled in the RegenX programs to ensure they get the right assistance as well as keep their own farming record up to date.
We are looking for someone who has a demonstrated experience in customer support (3 years+), wants to apply his/her experience in the agriculture space and is able to learn extremely fast.
You'll work in a diverse team made of well-seasoned professionals, building the next generation of climate tech companies.
While our initial geographic focus is in Vietnam, we will be expanding to Indonesia, Philippines and India. As such, mastery of English, Vietnamese and a third language is a plus.
Given the right ability, we would love for you to grow as the company grows and take the leadership of one of our Farmer Support hubs.
