Mô tả công việc

Sứ mệnh/Mission:
Perform administrative and secretarial tasks most efficiently for the department, prioritizing important and urgent daily tasks, and ensuring completion in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Invoice & Payment Processing:
• Prepare, verify, and process payments for Sales & Marketing activities.
• Manage contracts, financial documents, and ensure timely payments in compliance with company policies.
2. Event & Conference Support:
• Coordinate logistics, venue bookings, and materials for medical conferences & internal meetings.
• Ensure events comply with company policies and industry regulations.
3. RFM & Administrative Support:
• Assist with Risk & Financial Management (RFM) processes and compliance tracking.
• Provide general administrative support for Sales & Marketing teams.
4. Compliance Monitoring:
• Track and review sales & marketing activities to ensure adherence to Compliance guidelines.
• Work closely with legal & compliance teams on reporting and audits.
5. Budget Tracking & Reporting:
• Monitor allocated budgets for Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring proper usage.
• Provide regular financial reports and assist in budget planning.

Yêu cầu

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Marketing Admin, or similar roles (pharmaceutical/FMCG preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel & financial system skills (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Ability to multitask, organize, and work under pressure.
• Good communication skill and flexibility on solving problem.
• Knowledge of Compliance, financial management, and industry regulations is a plus.
