Field Force Effectiveness Analyst (Ffe Analyst)

The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work at URGO Group's subsidiary which opened over 20 years ago in Vietnam. The Group has 3 separate business units, Consumer Healthcare, Medical Care (MC), and Medical Technology. You will join our 90+ people team and focus on Consumer Healthcare business. We provide health solutions to consumers, patients and healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a Field Force Effectiveness Analyst to join our URGO CONSUMER HEALTHCARE TEAM
The role should work across multiple functions to oversee, develop, implement and improve the operation process to increase business effectiveness and field force productivities to adapt the sales strategy accordingly. Always looking for maximizing the business results.
Report directly to Marketing Manager - Vietnam.
Main Responsibilities:
Effectively analysis and adapt business activities to optimize data and profitability
• By analyzing data, identifying trends to forecast and drawing conclusion on the reasons explaining performance
• By collaborating with sales team and MKT to analyze our activation & recommend correctives actions or best practices
Establish SFE monitoring systems for all channels (IND PH, MT, ETX) correlating potential for business, investment of activities & results achieved
• Edit sales & KPIs report to be able to evaluate the performance of our team
• Build a clear but complete Dashboard system for an easy visualization of the KPIs before stated in our CRM.
• Provide the field team with a weekly/monthly report containing all the data that may help the company reach its objectives.
Ensure training of the field forces regarding defined KPI and adapt it if need be
• Coordination of salesforce foundation training programs to ensure key behaviors/ competencies
• Go on field regularly to understand business challenge & day to day work of Field team & develop strong relationship with Field team
Maintain efficient internal communication
• By ensuring that all administrative tasks and reporting (annual leave, expense report, ect...) linked to his/her are of business activity are performed on time and with proper quality.
