Finance Accountant

Administrative responsibilities
Shipment Monitoring, shipment Customs Declaration, acceptance and clearance liaising third parties' vendors.
Local export & import declarations, prepare and submit required documents to 3rd party vendors. Preparation of Packing List, Commercial Invoice, delivery Note and contract.
Liaise with corporate bank for oversea transaction, accounting firm and HR firm for all company matters.
Accounting responsibilities
• Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, account payables and bank reconciliations.
• Checking and process monthly employee expense claims
• Prepare/review monthly payrolls, drafting probationary / labour contract
• Process payments, liaise with banks, and tax department to solve related matters.
• Perform monthly stock take and ensure all data is recorded accurately and is kept up to date.
• Record and maintain bookkeeping, prepare monthly & quarterly P&L reports, tax reports, and other internal reports assignments in compliance with Vietnamese accounting regulations.
• Support on periodic report submission (VAT, PIT, FDI etc) to relevant Government department.
• Regular update and advise on Vietnam Employment and Business regulation according to Government website.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager/director.
