Finance Business Partner Manager

Overview (Objective of the Position):
The FP&A Manager is responsible for the Country's overall management reports, as well as the Management Information System. This position also takes the lead role in facilitating the Country's annual budget and forecast process.
Description of Key Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the Company's MIS including, but not limited to:
Monthly, quarterly, annually country financial reporting & analysis to Hafele Group
Monthly, quarterly, annually country financial analysis to local management team including but not limited to monthly Finance deck to management team, financial data & KPIs in Qlik, FEBS & other country BI dashboard
Act as the key coordinator and Finance lead to work with cross functional teams on functional KPIs/ dashboards in MIS (Management Information System).
2. Facilitate the country's budget & forecast process to ensure deliver on time & with quality the country's budget & forecast to local management team as well as to Hafele Group.
3. Take the leadership role in managing and deliver Finance guidelines to ensure the accuracy, relevancy and compliance of Country's Financial Analysis, Reporting & performance management.
4- Internal Control:
Act as the country's lead on Internal Control assessment & facilitate with relevant functions on the implementation of internal control measures.
5- Other ad-hoc automation projects and financial analysis required by Finance Director.
