This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for Perform daily cash reconciliation, including preparing bank deposit slips and recording transactions in the accounting system.
Process invoices and payments, including verifying that all required information is complete and accurate. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and other financial matters.
Process and record customer receipts and payments. Prepare reports on cash flow, sales, expenses, and other financial data as needed.
Maintain accurate financial records and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Assist with year-end accounting and tax preparation.
Provide general support to the accounting and finance department as needed

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting
Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting software
5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on account management, reconciliation and taxes
Experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills in Chinese (HSK5) and English (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting
Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting software
5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on account management, reconciliation and taxes
Experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry
