Finance Manager (Galaxy Studio)

Galaxy Studio is a subsidiary of Galaxy Entertainment & Education (Galaxy EE, the top education and entertainment corporation in Vietnam operating in 6 areas related to film and online study).

We are looking for Finance Manager who will work directly with CEO, CFO for all accounting's activities at Galaxy Studio.
Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company;
Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures;
Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting;
Assist the production and distribution division to prepare the IP for the movies;
Finalize all financial records (cost report, revenue report) and the Profit and Loss Report and update Head of divisions and investors from time to time;
Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances;
Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts;
Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences;
Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts;
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents;
Perform financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of company and business. Identifying issues that may be of relevance and for assessing the impact thereof on the transaction;
Ensure all financial procedures are done in compliance with the company and government's regulation. Minimize risks for financial and relevant legal regulations;
Update financial information to Board of Directors, CEO, Head of divisions;
Other duties as assigned by Executive Chairwoman, CEO & CFO.
