Finance Manager - Global Leader In High-Performance Lubricants

This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial forecasts and analyses to enable informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be vital in ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance while balancing the complexity of various promotional schemes. You will also lead a team and report directly to the Finance Director.
Description
Commercial Finance:
* Review GM analyses related to selling prices, promotions, rebates, and incentives.
* Ensure compliance with government regulations on promotional agreements and contracts.
* Control and monitor the marketing budget while driving continuous improvement in promotional schemes and processes for efficiency and compliance
Management Reporting:
* Maintain reporting packages with monthly and quarterly performance analysis against budget, forecast, and previous year.
* Provide commercially-focused financial analysis for ad hoc projects, assessing cost-effectiveness, viability, and operational controls.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
* Coordinate the budgeting process across departments.
* Prepare quarterly/rolling forecasts and annual financial budgets, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
* Consolidate departmental inputs, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
Other Responsibilities:
* Manage Transfer Pricing disclosure requirements by collaborating with consultants on benchmarking reports and compliance documentation.
* Coordinate with consultants for smooth data exchange, accurate reconciliation, and effective visualization to support business operations.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA or CMA are preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong business acumen.
* Proficient in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience in data analysis and visualization; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
