Design and execute proactive product strategy and education

Training Program Management and Development
Analyze market needs and financial trends to design and develop updated, relevant and highly applicable training programs
Develop strategic plans, framework programs, and detailed outlines for courses and financial training modules
Continuously update professional knowledge, trends and new regulations to adjust content and teaching methods
Resource Management and Quality Development
Leading a team of lecturers and experts who are highly creative, proactive, and scientifically and effectively managed
Plan and manage budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and appropriate resource allocation
Establish a system to evaluate and monitor teaching quality based on feedback and measurement criteria
Coordinate to standardize processes and improve the quality of training services
Participate in research and publish professional publications to enhance the position of the unit
Build relationships and cooperate with domestic/foreign partners in finance and academia
