Finance Manager

- Manage all financial matters for Vietnam operations, including group management reporting, financial reporting and forecasting.
- Conduct internal control assessments and ensure compliance with financial protocols and local regulations.
- Oversee all tasks related to tax explanations, inspections, audits, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and execute financial consolidations.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Manage service contracts for clients and supervise internal operations of the finance department.
- Oversee sales reconciliation to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance through internal training.
- Provide tax and accounting consulting services to clients via meetings, emails, and calls.
- Collaborate with tax authorities as needed and report to Directors.
- Assist in review of basic level legal documentation and processes in order to comply with local legislative requirements.
