Mô tả công việc
Division: Business Office
Position: Finance Officer
Reports to: Accounting Manager
Working Hours: From 8.00AM to 5.00PM, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
● Responsible to track actual expenditure vs budget and perform analysis to identify gap/variance & mitigate on monthly basis or ad-hoc request;
● Perform controls via reconciliation, key controls to ensure accuracy & completeness of financial reports;
● Maintaining a monthly/quarterly Dashboard for all KPI's, funding reports
● Assist Finance controller in preparation of financial reports for committee/board meeting on monthly basis;
● Build up Capital project trackers and follow up to ensure compliance with approved budget;
● In charge of Grants reports;
● Assist Accounting Manager in treasury function: cash forecast, investment, swap, loans & other funding and ensure the company's banking operate in order;
● Assist Finance Controller in Budgeting process with data gathering & processing, coordinating with stakeholders and analysis;
● Responsible for quarterly forecasts for review of Finance Controller;
● Participate/lead in establishing and enforcing policies and procedures as well as continuous improvement projects within Accounting & Finance
● Assist Finance controller in risk assessment & risk management process;
● Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
● Assist Accounting Manager in Liaise with auditors
● Cross-train with accounting staff to provide additional support and coverage during vacations.
● Assist Accounting Manager and complete other duties as assigned

Key Competencies:
Technical capacity
i. Education / qualification
● University Degree in finance & accounting
● Professional accounting qualification highly regarded. (ACCA, CPA)
ii. Experience
● 3 - 5-year experience in a similar role, preferably in large organisations
iii. Technical knowledge
● Good understanding of analysis techniques, Vietnamese accounting, business laws and best business practices
● High level of proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite products as a whole (especially MS Excel and Google Slides)
● Extensive experience with ERP accounting systems (from recording to reporting)
● Strong speaking and writing English skills
