Finance Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting
- Be responsible for the execution and record-keeping of all the accounting vouchers collection and documentation including monitoring the settlement of revenues and expenditures and managing the inventory of the School's assets with supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with the internal control policies and the statutory reporting requirements of all financial transactions.
- Prepare required financial and other requested reporting.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
Tax
- Prepare timely updates of new policies and regulations on tax laws related to the School's activities.
- Prepare periodical tax reports, tax finalization and other tax reports of the School.
- Directly participate in working with tax authorities when required.
Finance
- Establish, analyze and update financial policies, procedures, programs, plans and systems to develop improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage budgeting and the implementation of budgets.
- Execute efficient financial management to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Others
- Set up finance and accounting procedures and systems during the pre-opening phase.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete assigned tasks.
- Support and help with other tasks assigned.
