We are now offering 3-month structured internship opportunities for the Finance department with detail below:

Background information about the department:

Finance department: oversees all financial aspects of the Company, including but not limited to planning, accounting, treasury, tax, and strategy...

Process Transformation:

End-to-end process improvement: review, suggest, and liaise across-function improvement efforts
Process simplification: streamline business processes to increase efficiency while ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place
SOP & policy design and documentation: design & document, ensure SOP & policy are up-to-date and practical to implement.
SOP & policy training and communication to all relevant personnel

Role, goals, and deliverables:

Support manager to review, revise, and implement the new format for current SOPs -> Require audit & accounting knowledge, a basic understanding of processes, and control
Participate in building, documenting, updating, and maintaining an up-to-date, easy-to-navigate, easy-to-read SOP Library -> Require proficiency in computer skills (Website, MS 365 Office, Data analytics), process flowchart, and BPMN knowledge a big plus

Final-year students or fresh graduate
Ability to work full-time.
Fast learner who has an interest in retail.
Have knowledge or experience in relevant fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
