PROJECT OVERVIEW
The development, financing, construction, commissioning, ownership, operation, and transfer of the Vung Ang II 2x600 MW (net) imported coal-fired thermal power plant located within the Vung Ang Economic Zone in Ha Tinh Province, Central Vietnam.
We are inviting dynamic, analytical and innovative individuals with relevant experience to join our Finance department to support the Company's finance and loan administration functions.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a high-caliber individual to join the Finance department. Reporting to the Project
Finance Manager, the appointee will mainly support the following matters:
• Updating and preparing the company's financial reports and analyses for internal and external purposes, including the calculation of financial ratios and the preparation of financial analysis, information, and reports required under the financing agreements.
• Obtaining credit limits and negotiating credit facilities arrangements and related contracts with various lenders, including international and local financial institutions.
• Analyzing financial and contractual positions under finance and project contracts; and
• Supporting documentation, administrative work, and various ad-hoc tasks as required under the financing agreements and by the company.

• A recognized university degree in Business, Finance or related discipline (graduate degree preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in finance or banking sector.
• Excellent financial analysis with solid analytical skills, detail focused, and creative in problem solving.
• Hands on experience with managing a complex MS Excel based financial model for management and financial reporting purpose is required. Experience and familiarity with lenders and banks are preferred.
• Experience in preparing budgets, monitoring costs and managing cash flow.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with financing parties is highly desirable. It is expected that the candidate is required to liaise with lenders and banks to obtain credit limit, negotiate credit conditions and contracts terms.
• Experience in project financing with other projects is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in insurance structure for large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Good understanding of the power/ energy industry or infrastructure projects.
• Self-motivated, able to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and work independently.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to master and communicate concepts quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
