ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide financial planning, protection, and wealth accumulation solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of prospective and existing clients.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through professional consultation and ongoing service.
Participate actively in AIA Vietnam's training and professional development programs.
Build your professional brand and expand your network through client engagement and
business development activities.
Achieve business goals and career development milestones under the Exchange Pro Program.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Open to professionals at various career stages who are committed to building a long-term career in financial planning and advisory services. College, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in any industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and long-term career development.
Candidates from diverse professional backgrounds, including Sales, Banking & Finance, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Customer Service, Management, Entrepreneurship, and other client-facing professions, are encouraged to apply.
