About the company
Haadem Fisk AS is a small, family-owned aquaculture and food company that manages the entire production cycle, from roe to finished product. We produce rakfisk, a unique Norwegian delicacy made from fermented trout.
Our workplace is located in the Valdres region, a beautiful mountain area in Norway known for its clean air, stunning natural surroundings, and safe living environment. As a popular tourist destination, the region offers most everyday amenities nearby.
About the role
We are looking for seasonal employees to support our fish processing work on a small production line.
This is a seasonal position with varying workload. For the right candidates, there may be an opportunity for extended employment, as well as longer breaks between working seasons. This time, we are looking for seasonal workers from now until around 18th December.
Key responsibilities
• Fish production line work
• Fish filleting
• Packaging and quality control
• Hygiene and cleaning tasks
Yêu cầu
We value experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Seafood production
• Food production
• Cooking or culinary work
• Sushi
• Aquaculture
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience with practical work
• Good physical condition and comfort with manual work
• The ability to follow our strict hygienic routines
• The ability to communicate in English, Spanish or Norwegian
Due to the processing time for Norwegian visa applications, candidates who are already in Europe or can legally travel there may be given priority. Eligible candidates may also submit seasonal work visa applications while in Europe on other types of visas.

- Salary: NOK 230 per hour before tax, plus 10.2% holiday pay paid the following year
- The visa fee will be covered (NOK 6,300) if applicable
- Accommodation available by agreement on favorable terms. We only charge your extra electricity.
