QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to learn and grow with the company.
- Base in Hai Phong, able to travel around Vietnam.
- At least 10 years' experience in shoe technical area, and 5 years in foreign brands/ companies.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing.
- Good Communication & Leadership skills.
- Good communication skill to lead the team and work with suppliers.
What you will do
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTY
- Work with development/ production team to monitor development/ production activities in Vietnam factories.
- Leading VN production technicians and quality inspectors' team.
- Directing and coordinating all development, commercialization, production, and quality activities with VN factories.
- Driving company production and quality objectives.
- Implementing all production/ quality initiatives to reduce defective returns, increase productivity and sustainable results.
- Responsible for transferring tech pack and knowledge to factories; Conducting pre-production/ commercialization process.
- Achieving each milestone of product development, commercialization, and production.
- Functioning in areas of shoe pattern, tooling, lasting, materials and production techniques.
