Fp&a Manager - Binh Duong

We have partnered with an international manufacturing enterprise that is seeking an FP&A Manager to work closely with the operations team to bridge the gap between the strategic direction and their revenues.
Description
* Analyze cost of materials and provide recommendations on efficiency improvements
* Run annual budgets and forecasts, including the roll-out of regular reforecasting cycles and processes;
* Producing detailed analysis on actual performance versus budget, working with sales and ops teams to bridge any gaps in revenue
* Creating and reviewing KPIs ensuring the right metrics are being both used and adhered to and being proactive around their success
* Project manage continuous improvement projects
* Work with operations to identify cost savings without jeopardizing quality or service
* Lead business initiatives focused on enhancement areas
* Work cross-functionally and in collaboration with senior management team
* Product margins and performance (also Business Unit performance);
Profile
The successful candidate will have had at least 5 years working as a Finance BP, or FP&A Manager in an international manufacturing business previously. You must have a continuous improvement mindset and thrive in an environment where you will work cross-functionally and collaborate with operations. A curios approach will help you to build key relationships so that you can understand key business drivers.
You will also be very strong at performing analysis and have a thirst to understand the root problem. Problem solving is a must and you will be tasked with identify areas of improvement and then executing the solution.
A Finance degree and/or ACCA, CPA, etc will be required.
