The Job

We're looking for a talented front-end web developer who are specialized in Angular/Typescript/RxJS and Tailwind CSS to help lead the development of our popular learning and collaboration SaaS platform.

You'll be part of a fast growing, cross-functional team based in Vietnam and Singapore that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

You'll manage & lead the front-end developers based in HCMC and remote, and work closely with back-end developers, and interact directly with customers to understand how they're using the product and help identify requirements for new features and ways we can optimise existing features. You'll be responsible for maintaining high code quality and helping ensure we achieve our goals.

If you're a fast learner, strong leadership and communication skills, motivated by user happiness, have a good sense of UX design and ready for a challenge then we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features from scratch using Angular 17 (Signals), Tailwind CSS and our Rest APIs and enhance existing features
• Integrate with 3rd Party APIs like OpenAI, Google Calendar, Stripe and more
• Manage the front-end developers based in HCMC by conducting code reviews, planning / product roadmaps, assist with hiring and mentoring developers.
• Research the latest developments with Angular and front-end development and present ideas on how we can incorporate the latest technology into our products to the team
• Enhance existing features to improve performance and security
• Bug fixes
• Attend customer meetings to understand how they're using the platform and identify ways in which we can improve

Your Skills and Experience

We'd love to hear from you if you meet all the requirements below:

• 4+ Years experience building large scale enterprise-grade applications using Angular as your primary framework (we're currently using 17.3) with TailWind CSS
• 3+ years experience with team leadership, planning and mentoring
• Experience integrating with and fine tuning OpenAI and Gemini APIs highly beneficial
• Excellent communication and management skills
• You should be motivated by happy users, have a good sense of UI and UX design, confident and ambitious
