Full-stack Mobile App Developer Java/Flutter

Job Title: Full-stack Mobile App Developer
Employment Type: Full-time/Consultant (Part-time)

• Write clean, structured, and well-documented code in Flutter and Java.
• Develop and maintain iOS and Android applications for Affirmifi.
• Contribute to the next generation of our mobile applications.
• Be involved in the entire development process-from brainstorming and wireframing to user stories, design, coding, testing, and launch.
• Work closely with the product manager and team to efficiently plan the backlog and contribute to technical discussions with clients when needed.
• Continuously explore new technologies and innovative solutions to tackle technical challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to define internal processes and drive company-wide initiatives.
• Work alongside the QA team to ensure product quality and stability.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues to ensure a seamless, native-like experience.
• Engage with the open-source community to contribute to key software fixes and enhancements.
• Make a big impact in a small, agile team by taking ownership and driving meaningful change.

Backend Development (Java, Spring Boot)

• Strong proficiency in core Java language programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Experience with RESTful web services and API design.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Frontend Development (Flutter, Dart)

• Strong knowledge of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Proficiency in state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod).
• Experience with Firebase and cloud services.
• Ability to integrate third-party libraries (e.g., Dio for networking, Flutter Secure Storage).
• Ability to create responsive and visually appealing UI using Material Design and Cupertino widgets.

Soft Skills & Communication

• Fluent English communication (both verbal and written) is required.
• Ability to take initiative and contribute proactively.
• Strong team collaboration and ability to keep team members updated.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
