Full-Stack Technical Lead

Homebase is seeking an ambitious and skilled Full-stack Technical Lead to join our Company. You will take on a leadership role, with the autonomy and decision-making authority akin to that of a CEO for one of our product lines and take Homebase's engineering capabilities to new heights.
The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background, expertise in agile development - especially Scrum, and prior experience in building projects from the ground up. Upon joining Homebase, you will assume the following crucial responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented engineers by providing technical direction, mentorship, and guidance throughout the entire software development lifecycle;
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies;
- Set up and manage AWS infrastructure and ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security;
- Oversee the implementation and customization of CMS platforms;
- Serve as a Scrum master to facilitate effective sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
- Possess a startup mindset, high ownership, and continuously identify opportunities for growth;
- Take the lead in building projects from scratch, transforming conceptual ideas into fully functional software applications;
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products;
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
