Position Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at BII, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our projects. You will work closely with our design, product, and engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Python, along with experience in modern front-end technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain: Build, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Python as the primary backend language.
Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver user-friendly and efficient solutions.
Frontend Development: Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or [protected info]).
Backend Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs, database schemas, and server-side logic using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Database Management: Work with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure applications run efficiently and scalably.
Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and debug issues to maintain a high standard of code quality.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively propose improvements to the technology stack.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong focus on Python.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python, along with experience in Django or Flask. Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or [protected info]).
Database Skills: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and optimization.
Version Control: Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaboration.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
Remote Work: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant work experience.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in agile development methodologies.
