Mô tả công việc

Frontend Development & Design: Lead the creation of responsive and engaging user interfaces using ReactJS/NextJS.
Backend Development: Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Laravel.
Integration: Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, including REST APIs.
Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.
Technology Adoption: Identify and implement new technologies and frameworks to enhance development workflows and product functionality.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Attend onsite meetings occasionally at the Ho Chi Minh City office

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience in fullstack development.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong experience with ReactJS/NextJS for frontend development.
Solid understanding of Laravel and experience in building RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with [protected info] and [protected info] is a plus.
Knowledge of Web Components and modern frontend architecture.
Experience with CSS pre-processors like LESS and SASS.
Strong grasp of responsive design and UX best practices.
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
Hands-on experience with Webpack and other build tools.
Knowledge of web performance optimization (e.g., image optimization, code minification, lazy loading).
Familiarity with automated testing for both frontend and backend components.
Experience in designer-developer handoff processes using tools like Figma.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of developers and manage project timelines effectively.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).

Salary: Up to 40 million VND gross
