Havi Technology is an Australian Odoo partner delivering end-to-end ERP implementations for wholesale, import, distribution, manufacture and eCommerce businesses. The successful candidate will analyse client business processes, design and implement solutions on the Odoo ERP platform, and own functional workstreams across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live and post-go-live support. The role involves working directly with client stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, translating them into Odoo-native configuration or custom development specifications, and supporting existing client Odoo environments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery workshops and document AS-IS/TO-BE business processes, fit-gap analyses and solution design documents
- Design and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory,
Purchasing, Accounting, eCommerce) to meet client business needs, applying an "Odoo native first, then configurable" approach
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, including integration specifications, test suites and user guides
- Plan and execute data migration workstreams from legacy ERP systems, including reconciliation and client sign-off
- Train client users and produce role-based training material and runbooks
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across staging and production environments
- Manage and deliver assigned project workstreams in scope, on time and to agreed quality standards, coordinating with technical leads,
developers and client SMEs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role delivering ERP implementations; Odoo experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with client stakeholders at all levels, from warehouse operators to general managers
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving; comfortable tracing issues to source data and documented requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, including client-facing documentation and presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field
- Experience with data migration, systems integration (APIs, SFTP, EDI) or accounting/inventory processes is highly regarded
