Bootcamp Summary
Phase 1: Base camp (Month 1)
Join our Base Camp, where you build strong foundations. You will go beyond theory with hands-on learning from real fund cases and direct mentoring from our trainers. Trainees who meet performance expectations will advance to Phase 2.
Phase 2: Real Work Phase (Month 2 & 3)
Engage in hands-on, real-world practice under the guidance of experienced professionals. Qualified trainees will be offered the role of Fund Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Accounting & NAV Calculation
Perform fund accounting activities and NAV calculations.
Reconcile fund transactions, cash balances and investment positions.
Financial Reporting & Aud
it SupportAssist in preparing financial statements and periodic fund reports.
Support audit coordination and regulatory reporting.
Client & Project Support
Liaise with clients to address queries related to the services provided.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as requested by managers.
