The Future Business Leaders Program is built for top fresh graduates and young professionals with under 2 years of experience who want to grow at the intersection of Strategic Marketing,
Business Development, AI Advisory, and Digital Transformation.As a Future Leader at FPT Digital, you will help shape Vietnam's AI and Digital Transformation agenda by tackling CEO-level business challenges for leading corporations, engaging with C-suite executives, and translating complex technology into measurable business growth and strategic impact.
Growth Pillar 01: Strategic Business Development
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities with enterprise clients by understanding industry challenges, business priorities, and Digital Transformation agendas.
- Build relationships with C-suite executives through executive networking, industry events, LinkedIn engagement, and strategic business communities.
- Conduct account research and prepare strategic insights, executive materials, and client intelligence to support high-level discussions between FPT Digital leadership and prospective clients.
- Participate in selected client meetings, workshops, and business development initiatives alongside senior consultants and business leaders.
Growth Pillar 02: Strategic Marketing & Go-to-Market
- Support the development of executive reports, proposals, case studies, and thought leadership materials tailored for enterprise decision-makers.
- Contribute to strategic campaigns, executive events, webinars, and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen the positioning and visibility of FPT Digital's AI and Digital Transformation services
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fresh graduates or young professionals with under 2 years of experience, with strong academic and extracurricular achievements. GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent preferred.
- Backgrounds in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Data Science, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
- High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
- Professional fluency in English.
