Develop and execute sales plans and strategies, including sales quotas, sales forecasts, and
business development plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales productivity.
Monitor and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and execution efficiency.
Establish and manage sales policies, incentive programs, and performance measurement systems to support revenue growth and team development.
Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, industry trends, customers, and solution offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Work closely with Presale and Technical teams to propose suitable technology solutions and prepare commercial proposals.
Manage sales opportunities from lead generation to contract signing and project handover.
Oversee customer service activities to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for Management.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a Sales Manager or team leadership role, preferably in IT or technology solutions.
Strong business development, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good command of English (Ielts: 6.0, Toiec: 750); Chinese is an advantage.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of leading a high-performance sales team.
Working Location: Thao Dien Ward, Dist. 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
