- Welcome guest, prepare furniture/equipment for meeting.
- Control hygiene, safety, health, 5S in Factory/office.
- Manage clinic and resolve related issues.
- Check, control and manage canteen, arrange meal for employees, avoiding the canteen shortage.
- Check and control cleaning and security.
- Control and plan for
purchasing stationary, uniform, furniture/equipment, and office supply.
- Support other administrative and HR tasks.
- Female and located in Hung Yen is preferred.
- University graduation. At least 1 year working experience.
- Good command of English.
- Having high skill on planning, reporting and management.
- Good at Computer and presentation.
- Good teamwork abilities working independently and can work under high pressure.
- Carefully, neat, open mind in organization, arrangement.
