Job roles:
The Game/App Advertising Optimization Specialist is responsible for deploying and optimizing daily advertising campaigns for game clients across international platforms. This position plays a critical role in maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS) and scaling user acquisition for game products in international markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Deploy and optimize daily advertising campaigns for game clients on international platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Moloco) and other advertising channels
- Develop advertising strategies, budget allocation plans, and KPI evaluation models based on game characteristics and business objectives
- Analyze advertising effectiveness using data-driven insights and measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust); propose optimization strategies and comprehensive implementation plans throughout the product lifecycle
- Proactively collaborate with the creative team to propose content direction and improve advertising assets; ensure alignment between creative style, gameplay presentation, and targeting strategy; demonstrate proficiency in AI tools and advertising content production processes
- Conduct regular advertising data reports, performance reviews, and strategy assessments; independently participate in client meetings and present proposals and solutions for medium to large-scale projects
Yêu cầu
Must have:
• 6+ months of hands-on direct experience managing and optimizing real app campaigns with demonstrated results (CPI reduction, ROAS improvement, user acquisition growth)
• Working proficiency in English or Chinese; able to independently communicate with international clients, navigate ad platforms, and handle requests from global partners
• Hands-on experience with third-party attribution and measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar); demonstrated ability to set up tracking, interpret data, and troubleshoot attribution issues

• Experience progression: 12+ months (leveling up from 6+)
• Language progression: Fluent (leveling up from working)
• Analytics depth: Cohort/LTV/retention (advanced track interpretation)
• Market expertise: Game vertical + algo understanding

• Education: Bachelor's degree
