Job Purpose
Officer play as the connection between the customers and internal departments to produce products as customers' requirements and be responsible for following duties:
- Liaise with MR HQ & Customer to collect accurate customers' requirements for samples produced.
- Liaise with customers to obtain their approval of samples
- Give guidance and supports to related departments for bulk productions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
- Closely liaise with MR HQ and customers to prepare essential resources for samples produced in accordance with customers' requirements.
- Delegate tasks and supervise team in aliasing with related departments, ensure the accuracy of their work, the completion of all samples by deadlines.
- Consolidate reports and progress updated to Management and customers.
Resolve issues within a timely manner, create internal and external processes and procedures while working for continuous improvement.
- Monitor career development of the Merchandising team through identifying and developing capable employees by different way of coaching and training;
Yêu cầu
a) Education & Qualification Requirements
- Degree holder and above
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, listening & writing)
- Computer Skills: Words - Excel - Presentation.
b) Experience Requirements
- Experienced applicants preferred, but we welcome beginners and offer full training.
- Knowledge of Garment industry is a must.
- Strong analysis and communication skills
c) Technical competency Requirements
- Knowledge of samples process is preferable
- Strong leadership capabilities with drive, innovation and strong sense of commitment.
- Strong planning, negotiation skills including the ability to influence at all levels.
d) Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes
