Job Description of Garment Production Assistant
- Making all production reports required by buyer
- Following up with internal production reports
- Following up with all production-related requests made by buyer and informing to production team
- Daily communication with production team and buyer
- Updating any late deliveries or shortages (if any)
- Tracking production and monitoring delivery status
Qualifications
- Must be very organized and detail oriented
- Great time management and ability to multi-task
- Fresh graduate of Bachelor of Arts in English or Fluent in English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Making all production reports required by buyer
