Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Garment Technical Expert ($5000, Open for Expats, ID17518)
Garment Technical Specialist:
Responsible for organizing all technical development activities, including pattern design, layout, material allocation, and sample sewing in the fields of lingerie, swimwear, or sportswear.
Monitor and adjust technical documents issued by the development technical team to ensure accurate implementation at factories during mass production.
Collaborate, work directly, and negotiate with the customer's technical team to make technical adjustments, ensuring product quality meets customer requirements at optimal costs.
Organize, supervise, and strictly guide the sample production process to ensure that the samples meet the customer's technical and quality standards right from the first time.
Advise and consult with the Board of Directors on necessary improvements related to the technical operations of the company's other customers.
Requirement
Male/Female
From 5 years of experience in garment technology at manufacturing factories specializing in lingerie, swimwear, or sportswear is mandatory.
Proficiency in using Lectra software is required.
Strong expertise in technical development, including pattern design, layout creation, material allocation, and sample sewing.
Fluent in English.
