Education
• Select the Education Level in Major/Subject: University Degree In Garment Technology Or Product Development ,Or Fashion Business Management
Professional Qualifications
• Fluent in English, Strong communication skills (written & verbal )
• Ability to manage and motivate the team and anticipating problems along with developing the solutions.
• Ability to make decisions and act according to the risk and uncertainty situations
• Have experience to deliver the presentations with an effective and creative manner with internal and external customers.
Years of Work Experience
• At least 15 + years of working experience as a Product Development Manager or Garment Technical Manager
Technical Skills
• In-Depth knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing methods
• Knowledge of product costing and negotiation skills
• Advance in pattern making knowledge, and work with the related software system
• Experience in Digital Product Creation( CLO , browzwear)
• Extensive knowledge about Product testing ( Fit , Size and Performance )
• Hands on knowledge about materials and testing requirements
• Strong IT skills ( MS office , PDM, CAD ) and able to work with internal development systems along with customer (brand) related systems.
Languages: English, Local language knowledge is an additional advantage
