We are currently hiring Accountant team with opening positions
- General Accountant: 1 headcount
- Receivable Accountant: 1 headcount
- Payable Accountant: 1 headcount
*General Accountant
· Reconcile collection and disbursement data from payment gateway
· Booking transactions to Accounting system daily (1C software)
· Review all of accounting entries, monitor all accounting accounts
· Update Cashflow weekly and monthly
· Preparing for VAT, FCT, CIT declaration, financial statement and Audit report
· Perform depreciation, allocation and closing entries in order to prepare internal report monthly
· Other tasks assigned by Line manager
*Receivable Accountant
· Reconcile Revenue between internal system and payment gateways
· Import revenue data to accounting system (1C software)
· Issue VAT invoice, checking output VAT report
· Update Cashflow weekly and monthly
· Support to prepare monthly report, financial report and audit report
· Other tasks assigned by Line manager
*Payable Accountant
· Collect and review invoices and supporting documents from other departments
· Schedule and process payment, ensure payments are made in timely manner
· Tracking loan account and Due date to schedule loan payment
· Prepare and submit the report to SBV
· Tracking and update bank accounts on time
· Checking input VAT with data from Tax Office
· Assisting in preparing monthly report
· Other tasks assigned by Line manager
