Mô tả công việc

Novumstate is a group of property management companies in Germany. We are now looking for a General Accountant:
1. Job Details:
You will be responsible for some companies, in each company you will:
- Manage revenue & create invoices to clients.
- Work with the Managing Director of the company to make sure all incoming invoices are uploaded to the system on time.
- Cordinate with tax consultant to issue monthly financial report
- Check the report & compare budgets, give analysis and comments.
- Prepare loan contracts, manage loan payments and interest payments.
- Prepare busines plan, company cashflow, and other reports as requested.

Yêu cầu

2. Job Requirements
- Having at least 2 years of experience as a general accountant.
- Graduated in Accounting, Finance or any related fields
- Fluent in speaking and writing English, German speaking is preferred.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, ...).
- Knowledge of accounting software is advantageous.
