General Accountant - Quickbooks Software is Required (Fluency In English)

This position must have an advanced understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices. This position should have an aptitude for numbers and be familiar with QuickBooks® Online and QuickBooks® Desktop software. They must have a desire to help clients with their accounting processes, to spark progress within the organizations we serve.
*** PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an General Accountant you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and bookkeeping activities for clients using the QuickBooks Online platform. Your duties will include:
• Accurately recording and categorizing financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and expenses
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements
• Generating and reviewing financial statements, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to clients based on their financial data
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Performing periodic audits to identify and correct errors in financial data
• Collaborating with clients and other members of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Providing training and support to clients on the use of QuickBooks Online
• Staying up to date with the latest changes to QuickBooks Online and accounting best practices
