General Accountant

Why we're looking for you
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Middle/Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in general accounting and hold a Chief Accountant Certification. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.
You'll do
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate recording and documentation of financial transactions.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and optimizing tax planning strategies.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to support audits and address any compliance-related issues.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to junior accounting staff, promoting their professional development and enhancing the overall team performance.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including providing financial insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and propose process improvements.
