Việc làm General Accountant

Mô tả công việc

● Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate and timely accounting records for companies under management
● Performing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities including payment preparation, reconciliation of accounts, period-end closing, and document filing;
● Prepare documents for VAT; PIT; CIT; FCT following Vietnamese Tax Law. It includes documents related to tax audits. Prepare & submit tax reports.
● Prepare & handle all changes related to legal stuff: business registration certificate; tax registration, company regulations ....
● Manage & file vouchers, invoices & contracts following Vietnamese Law.
● Make financial reports including: balance sheet, income statement, cash- flow statement and notes to the financial statements and others internal reports of company
● Assist to make financial plans & projects cost.
● To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management

Yêu cầu công việc

● Graduate bachelor Accounting or other majors related
● At least 2 years experiences in a similar role
● English communication
● Experience in a multicultural, international environment
● Advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and other programs and internet
● Multi-tasking with good ability to prioritize tasks, able to manage own working time effectively
● Ability to work with deadlines ('thrives under pressure")
● A sense of responsibility - to take responsibility for one's own work, to inform the manager if problems arise, to take responsibility for one's own learning and to help each other in daily work activities.
