General Accountant

Accounting task:
- Manage payable expense (vendors, team travelling expenses) from checking invoices, payment request, drafting checking contracts, delivery notes and process payment with accounting party (TMF) in due time.
- Manage Customer's invoice: Send request to TMF to release invoice; Send invoice to customers; Follow up the aged debt report; Remind customer's overdue invoices; Inform sale team about their customers overdue.
- Manage Supplier's invoice: Follow up supplier's invoices (purchasing cost, warehouse cost, transport cost, services cost...); Timely weekly payment run and handle ad-hoc urgent payment request; Send request payment of supplier's invoices to TMF.
Financial task
- Communicate with and between KPMG, TMF, the bank and Oversea Finance Controller to make sure all forms, reports to authorities reflect the right situation and nature of the payments and business operation.
- Be local contact points between authorities and responsible parties (tax, accounting, legal, auditor) to solve matters on compliance purpose.
- Support on internal and external audit (both will be happening around Sep 24).
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with local and government reporting requirements and tax filing.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain strengthen internal control.
- Able to provide and publish timely related financial report with accuracy and reconciled.
- Provide support to financial controller on budget and forecast for business expenses
