Mô tả Công việc
· Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting also ensure to implement the tax regulations completely as well as the internal company policies
· Control General Ledger expenses (GL Account, including but not limited to accruals, prepaid expenses, cost of goods sold, utilities, rental fee, IT, FA...), check variance & resolve all arising issues
· Review tax reports monthly, quarterly & yearly (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT, patent tax...)
· Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
· Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
· Be a tax partner with the Senior Accountant Manager, to detect the tax risk and fix any wrong in the company's activity to meet the tax requirements.
· Able to work with internal audit, external audit, tax officer, customs officer when necessary

Requirements:
1. Background requirements:
· Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional accounting qualifications.
2. Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
· 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
· Have a good skill in Microsoft offices, Outlook, ERP system.
Experience in an e-commerce, retail, or technology environment is highly desirable
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
· Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads.
· Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
