1. Internal Accounting:
Provides management information to the Board of Director (experience in areas of service costing, capex)
Identifies cost and asset utilization improvement opportunities, and co-development of solutions.
Timely and accurate reporting of business results including monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financial reports and other required reports (FSCP).
Account, check and ensure accuracy figures of all transaction incurred in the month. Control AR and AP; Perform reconciliation for all balance account Verify accounts reconciliation performed by service provider.
2. Tax accounting:
Review documents and invoices, control the accuracy of tax reports and declaration;
Co-ordinate with tax agency for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly tax obligations (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT...)
3. Other duties:
Build and support the construction of books, accounting documents, revenue and expenditure systems in accordance with accounting standards;
Propose improvements to accounting methods, improve reporting quality and productivity;
Other duties and/or projects as assigned
