I. Job Description
• Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
• Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management/ staff
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
• Manage third-party services, such as security, cleaning...
• Making monthly payments related GA: rental fee, utilities, stationery
• Manage office facility, meeting rooms/ training rooms, request maintenance/ repairing when needed
• Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the office
• Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions
• Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by Head of GA/ Compliance Division
Yêu cầu
II. Requirement:
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: at least 1 year of experience working as relevant positions (General Affairs/ Administration).
• Be fluent in English (all 4 skills)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Workflow management system
• Effective interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Analytical and reporting capabilities
• Cooperative with strong teamwork spirit
• Having HR knowledge is an advantage
III. Knowledge:
• General office administration, document management, travel arrangement, interfacing with local authorities, and be aware of changes in local laws in terms of ensuring compliance
IV. Benefits:
- Working hours: from Mon to Fri (8:00- 17:00).
- Annual leaves: 15 days per year.
