Job title: General Assistant Intern (GA Intern)
Working Location: Vinh Trung Ward, Thanh Khe District, Da Nang
GA Intern has the desire to gain more experience working in a fun and professional working environment. Our position - GA Intern would be a great opportunity for you to develop your abilities in administrative work through supporting our GA team:
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment (construction works), the purchase of office equipment and other equipment
- Support GA team the office decoration and assist to organize company parties
- Assist the manager as requested
- Perform other related duties as requested
- Support front desk (receptionist) jobs
- Research information needed

Job Requirement:
- Can work full-time from Monday to Friday, amounting to 40 hours/ week, or at least 32 hours/ week.
- Good English in speaking and writing; having IELTS band from 5.5 is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of email, MS Office
- Be responsible, trustworthy, careful, and organized
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and supportive attitude
- Be able to work with flexibility
