General Cashier cum Paymaster/ Thủ quỹ kiêm nhiệm Kế toán lương

Cash Handling Duties:
Handle daily cash collections, counting, reconciling, and depositing cash from all resort outlets in a secure and efficient manner.
Ensure accurate recording of daily cash transactions and reconcile discrepancies if they arise.
Maintain cash float and manage petty cash fund, issuing cash for approved petty cash requests and replenishing as needed.
Prepare daily bank deposits and liaise with bank representatives for transactions.
Conduct monthly cash counts and audits in coordination with the Finance Manager to maintain accurate cash flow records
Payroll Duties:
Process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring accurate calculation of employee wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits.
Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, overtime, vacation, and other pay-related records.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear information and resolving any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations regarding payroll, taxes, and reporting.
Prepare payroll reports and assist in monthly and yearly payroll audits.
Administrative and Reporting:
Assist the Finance department in compiling financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks.
Maintain organized files for all cash and payroll records, ensuring easy access and compliance with audit requirements.
Support other finance team members with duties as needed, including assistance in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and cash handling policies, upholding high standards of financial integrity and accuracy.
